Driven by an innate love for design, Swedish native Ulrika Edin, started her professional career 30 years ago in advertising, marketing, and branding. Her ability to transform ideas into visually appealing concepts allowed her to excel in the creative industry, leaving a lasting impact on the brands she worked with. However, as her passion for renovating properties grew, she soon recognized the immense potential in channeling her creativity towards creating beautiful homes.
Growing up with parents who were avid renovators and involved in large-scale real estate investments, Ulrika's inclination towards design was deeply ingrained. One of Ulrika's remarkable skills lies in her ability to envision the potential of a property, she possesses an excellent understanding of what fixes bring the highest return on investment when preparing a property for sale or for personal use.
